Juan Sanchez is the founder and Creator of Coast Valley catering. He has decades of experience in the gastronomic field. he originally started working and creating Exquisite dishes in the napa valley where he lived for a long time. later on in his life he decided to move to santa barbara county where he began a life with his wife and three daughters. bringing with him all of the knowledge and years of training, to santa barbara county. his main focus in a dish is not only presentation. he mainly empowers the sense of taste. with his knowledge of Spices and herbs. He knows how to use the correct Ingredients to create a Remarkable meal. as soon as you take the first bite it gets your tastebuds going. he will ensure that you get the best of the best not only in Presentation, quality, but in flavor.
